Co-Founder & CEO
Sasikumar Ganesan is a security architect, cryptographic systems engineer, and open-source technology leader with expertise across public key infrastructure, privacy-preserving design, and large-scale digital public infrastructure.
With over two decades architecting national-scale identity systems, Sasi served as Chief Security Architect for Aadhaar, heads engineering at MOSIP, co-created India's eSign framework, and authored Rahasya, an advanced open-source cryptography library. Recognised in Okta Ventures' "Identity 25" as one of the world's 25 most influential identity leaders and featured on the Nasdaq billboard in Times Square, he brings deep cryptographic expertise to HarkX, driving agent-driven security operations for an increasingly autonomous threat landscape.
Sambit Garnaik

Sambit Garnaik is a cybersecurity entrepreneur, strategic advisor, and technology growth architect operating at the intersection of deep technical expertise and scalable business strategy.
With extensive experience across cybersecurity, enterprise technology consulting, and go-to-market leadership, Sambit has helped build and scale high-growth ventures and scaling up startups from early-stage validation to structured expansion. He has also served as a strategic advisor to product companies such as Picus Security, supporting their growth and market expansion in India. His work focuses on translating complex security capabilities into measurable business outcomes.
Srinivas Rao
Founding Member & Chief Product & Growth Officer
Srinivas Rao is an AI/ML leader, product strategist, and enterprise transformation architect with close to two decades of experience driving large-scale AI innovation across cybersecurity, BFSI, CPG, and healthcare.
He has delivered mission-critical AI platforms including Aadhaar's Identity Fraud Management System serving 1.3 billion citizens, Samsung's Bixby virtual assistant, and ground-up security analytics platforms for vulnerability intelligence. An IIT Kharagpur alumnus, he brings deep expertise in moving organisations beyond traditional ML toward autonomous, agent-driven AI systems, shaping the next generation of AI-led security operations at HarkX.
